Terms and Conditions for Booking a Paint Party

Thank you for choosing Paint Party Erie at Estela Studios for your paint party experience! To ensure clarity and a smooth process, please review the following terms and conditions before booking:

1. Booking and Payments

1.1. Cost Per Painter: The cost is $35 per painter. / Month of December 2024 Hostess is FREE. Deposit is required to hold the date - refundable the day of the party. (See Cancellation and Refunds)

1.2. Registration: All registrations are pre-pay only. Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

1.3. Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received, and you will receive an email confirmation detailing the event.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellation by Client:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund..
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the full payment, but can reschedule, order a paint kit, or pay it forward.

2.2. Cancellation by Estela Studios: If Estela Studios must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Event Details

3.1. Guest Count: The client must provide a final guest count at least 7 days before the event. Additional guests beyond this number may not be accommodated unless pre-approved.

3.2. Minimum Attendance: A minimum of ( 5 ) participants is required to hold the event.

3.3. Setup and Cleanup: Estela Studios will arrive 1 hr. before the event for setup. Cleanup will be completed within 1 hr. after the event ends.

4. Venue Requirements

4.1. Space and Facilities: The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue with adequate space, tables, chairs, and lighting for the event.

4.2. Liability: Estela Studios is not responsible for any damage to the venue caused by participants or the event.

5. Materials and Supplies

5.1. Provided by Estela Studios: All art supplies, including paints, brushes, preprinted canvases, and step by step instruction will be provided.

5.2. Client Responsibility: The client must inform Estela Studios of any specific requirements, such as special themes or custom materials, at least 14 days before the event. Additional fees may apply for customizations.

6. Liability and Safety

6.1. Participant Conduct: Clients are responsible for ensuring their guests behave appropriately. Any damages or injuries caused by participant negligence are the client’s responsibility.

6.2. Alcohol and Food: If alcohol or food is served, the client assumes all liability for its consumption and potential consequences. Estela Studios will not provide or serve alcohol.

6.3. Allergies and Health Concerns: Clients must notify Estela Studios of any known allergies or sensitivities among participants.

7. Media and Photography

7.1. Photos and Videos: Estela Studios reserves the right to take photos or videos during the event for promotional purposes. If the client or participants wish to opt out, please notify Estela Studios in writing before the event.

8. Force Majeure

Estela Studios is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
